Consultation on Matters Arising from the Cardiff Replacement Local Development Plan Examination Hearing Sessions
The Cardiff Replacement Local Development Plan (RLDP) is currently undergoing Examination by independent Planning Inspectors. Following Hearing Sessions 1-15 the Council was required to undertake additional work on a range of matters arising from discussions at the Hearing Sessions.
Additional Information and Proposed Changes to the RLDP
The Council is consulting on the additional work prepared and a schedule of the proposed changes to date on the Replacement LDP Deposit Draft.

The Schedule includes changes proposed in:
- the Action Points following Examination Hearing Sessions 1-15 and
- changes proposed in the Council’s Response to Comments and Questions raised by the Inspectors in ID04 – CD05 (Please see Post Submission Documents) including outstanding matters post Hearing Sessions and not superseded by changes proposed in responses to the Action Points
- changes proposed in the Schedule of Minor Changes (Please see Submission Documents ) and not superseded by changes proposed in responses to the Action Points.
Please note comments should relate to the Additional Information or proposed changes and not seek to submit new representations or add to previous representations.

Consultation runs until Friday 6th November 2026.
